Health Assessment Screener

Physician Network Res Pool 
Day Shift 
7:30a-6pm /12pm - 8pm M-F

Job Summary

Assigned to temperature check stations, primarily at our main campus hospital entrances and medical park buildings. This is a temporary PRN position and will be available until the project is completed. No exact timeline for end of employment. Successful candidates should be flexible and open to various shift hours and weekend work and must be available indefinitely. Currently we are targeting at least 5 days per week, Mon-Friday 7:30am-6pm and 12p-8p.  Some possible weekend hours as well.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Years of Experience: One year of prior work experience
Substitutable Education & Experience (Optional): None
Required Certifications/Licensure: None
Required Training: Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills; Strong team player with ability to work independently;  Ethical understanding of patient processes, confidentiality, and personal health information (PHI) data management;

Essential Functions

  • Administering and interpreting temperatures following CDC guidance for personal protection.
  • Screen patients, visitors and staff at various hospital entrances
  • Put on (don) and remove (doff) personal protective equipment (PPE) per LMC protocol as required
